What to bring

Preparation is key for outdoor activities. Please review the requirements below.

Here is your essential checklist:

* Hiking boots or sturdy trail sneakers(Used but in good shape, better not new)

* Warm jacket and pants for cold evenings (especially from May to August)

* Sandals or flip-flops to rest your feet after the hike

* Hat or cap

* Swimwear

* Small travel towel

* Rain gear/Poncho (maybe you will not use it, but is important to have it)

* Sunscreen

* Insect repellent

* Reusable water bottle (To help us reduce plastic waste)

* 30L Backpack with rain protection

* Flashlight or headlamp(just in case)
